IMPROVEMENT NEEDED: Prompt or proactive communication with clients about status of refills especially when there is a backorder or delay in filling prescriptions TIP: Call at least a week before you’re prescription is due to be filled. Even if you receive text updates, don’t rely on the updates and call often to confirm that it has been filled and in their office ready for you to pick up. If you rely on the text communications, be prepared to do alot of last minute leg work if they didn’t fill your prescription even if it’s on auto-fill. IMPRESSIVE: They are sending my prescriptions (filled on time) to me free of charge since I”m unable to pick them up.”
