“Nebraska Core and Pelvic Therapy is amazing! Krysta truly is so helpful. I go in with an issue and she has a solution. I just had my second baby and core + pelvic therapy is a must to prevent so many issues. I didn't realize how weak my core really was until I started. Plus they have an amazing app to help you remember all of the exercises and stretches you go over. Oh and they started a daycare for the morning session which is so convenient. But even if it isn't available the ladies there never hesitate to hold the babies while you do your exercises. Seriously the best place hands down.”

“I can't praise Kensho enough. I really have seen quite a lot of Gyms in Amsterdam over the years and used OneFit extensively for a few years not wanting to commit and see where. For me, the quality of the group classes, the roster of available classes throughout the entire day (not just morning and evening), the variety offered and most of all the expertise of the instructors have been the most important factor. There are just really not that many gyms in Amsterdam that offer as many classes throughout the entire day. Kensho is a boutique, stylish gym where a lot of attention is going into detail. Quality equipment, perfect light, and a personal touch. The team knows its members and is genuinely concerned about their goals, progress, general health, and individual wishes and expectations. A really important aspect too is cleanliness. That really is not always a given in other gyms. At peak hours there is no waiting for your turn as in some other gyms either. I also love that they have Rituals cosmetics in the showers. I really much rather pay a bit more but then get all that than saving 30 euros a month having to bring 50-cent coins for a shower/locker or nonsense like that. If you are really serious about your workouts and you value quality, you really need to come to check Kensho out.”

The two physical therapists that I have been seeing recently are actually the owners. Jim and Joe are amazing! They are caring, supportive and give you just enough of a push so that you understand that if there’s no pain, there’s no gain. Recovering from an injury or accident is not easy. Attending physical therapy several times a week can certainly become a chore but Jim and Joe make it bearable. There’s absolutely no reason not to go to Merrick Physical Therapy. I highly recommend!”
