They are transparent about every step of the recovery process and always willing and able to answer all questions - no matter how detailed they may be. I was recommended to go here directly by my doctor to continue my recovery from a severe knee injury. I went from being in a wheelchair to being able to walk and go up and down stairs in a few months. During the intense recovery process, the team of trainers were thorough in explaining each step clearly. They were also quick to reassess the recovery process periodically around my comfort and availability. I was also impressed with the wide range of equipment that is available to the trainers to be used for therapy. In addition, the office is set up in a way that it doesn't seem crowded even when it is at capacity. Thank you to everyone in the office for being so kind and caring, and for always being positive!”
