“We have went with them for a few months now and I have gotten treated well and so have my kids. My girls do both speech and occupational therapy and hopefully soon one will be able to do physical therapy. So I will state that the hardest time with being with them was during the transition of their occupational therapy person, but the owner when I called was quick to let me know how it was going. When we started speech therapy I was informed that the person we were looking at was in a different state and was asked if I was ok with that and the telemedicine appointments which I said yes, the person who is doing my girls speech has been doing great with them and both my girls actually seem to look forward to meeting with her. During the occupational therapy both my girls like their therapist they have now and she has helped them so much that even though my youngest still needs some help she was able to leave the school’s occupational therapy because they helped her get well enough that it’s not hindering her schoolwork any more. Everyone there that we have met has been helpful and nice and willing to work with you even when it comes to scheduling. My girls used to have to go separate days and now they are on the same day back to back for both of them. Also with the speech therapist she has helped so much that my daughter in school now only needs to go once a month. I have tried getting both my girls help I won’t list the other places names but one of them diagnosed my youngest child with sensory seeking and said she was fine and didn’t need occupational therapy even though she was behind and still had trouble using utensils and other stuff, another one said that she needed occupational therapy but they never had an appointment for her and constantly forgot about her we were on a cancellation list and they never called NEVER, another one said that yes she needed speech but what she’s getting at school is fine. Guidepost had room for both my girls, but not only that they do their best to try to help all their families to the best of their ability.”
