They helped me greatly every time--once to recover from a major operation on my shoulder, and twice for low back pain, including autumn of this year. The physical therapy on my shoulder allowed me to regain full range of motion in my right arm, and the help with my back eased the pain and has enabled me to be more active. This is a small practice, very personable and caring. The owner/director (Charu Vinaik, PT) is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled, and her excellent staff is kind and caring. They work very well with both the old like me and the young, and speak multiple languages. I have been to other physical therapy facilities where I felt bullied, unheard, or just a number. “There isn’t enough stars to give for this place!10 billion stars!!Best physical therapy I have ever experienced especially Hilary she’s very understanding, patient, and doesn’t judge she works very hard ! And deserves the best so does the staff is very amazing too they really care and made me feel very comfortable you can definitely tell the staff connects well with each other also if you want to hear any kind of music they will play it! My pain level went from a 7 to about a 2 in 6 weeks! That’s how focused they are on getting you better! “I had won a gift certificate in a raffle from my gym for Next Level Therapy. I severely injured my back and my coach encouraged me to use it. That’s how I found these wonderful women. When I walked (bent over and using a cane) into the office, I was in tears. My pain level was easily an 8 or higher. I had been to 5 different doctors including a spine specialist. All of them had just thrown medications at the symptoms. I had no answers and no path to recovery. Gina and Lisa pulled out all the stops (fascia release, manipulation, massage, dry needling, etc.), determined to help me find relief. I walked out that evening unassisted with a pain level of 2 and lots of homework. Finally; a plan! I received text messages checking on my condition and that just reinforced my initial impression of how much they cared. I have seen Gina twice more since then. Sometimes I would swear she is just laying her hands on my back and sending healing vibes into my body. It’s like magic. She calls is Fascia Release. :) Whatever she’s doing is working!
