“This was the best physical therapy I have ever experienced! And unfortunately for me, I have experienced A LOT!! I had major TMJ and forearm pain with little range of motion. The movements were small, but powerful and easy to duplicate at home. Josh is a very interesting person to talk with as he knows a lot of (some obscure) subjects (just like me) and Heather is sweet, caring and professional. The front desk staff was great, too! I was actually disappointed that I got better so soon.”

“It was my first time ever doing physical therapy in my life. Originally I had a doctor’s for another place, but wanted to go somewhere else that was referred via word-of-mouth (needs to be good and reliable- it’s the body we’re dealing with). I wanted people who would listen and be careful. I went in for stiff neck and muscle strain in my left arm. This has been a really good experience vexing my first time ever in physical therapy. Justin, Alyssa and the team are very good with keeping it professional but comfortable. They have relationships with everyone that comes in which I like, it makes it personal. They truly care. Down to earth, kind and respectful. Very encouraging and always worked with my schedule. They will listen and try to find what works best for you in the rehab process. “I have had the privilege of working with a variety of the Erie Shores staff over the last few years. I have been there for many different reasons ranging from sports injuries on my shoulder, ankles, and most recently my elbow. For my elbow, I worked with Mel who was welcoming and understanding, always working to improve my strength and never failing to stay up to date with how my softball team was doing! She was really enjoyable to work with and extremely helpful restoring my arm strength so that I could play on my team to full capacity. Back in 2020 I had a severe ankle injury which I worked with Heather on. After trying to strengthen and get function back, it wasn’t quite healing right. Instead of giving up on me, Heather referred me to a specialist in London where I got the proper surgery I needed. While doing rehab with Heather again after surgery, we had another milestone of my nerves being over sensitive. Heather did extra research for me to find out how she could help me. We finally found a medication and exercises that got me back to myself and functioning the best I had in a long time. Heather’s patience, kindness, understanding, and continuous efforts of never giving up even when I had given up on myself made such a positive impact on my life. Thank you for always staying with me and helping me get back to my life because I couldn’t have done it without you’re help. The entire Erie Shores team is definitely the most welcoming, personable, amazing team I have dealt!”

“This place is awesome! Going in I had no idea what to expect. This was literally my first injury and never seen a physical therapist before. The people here are kind and make you feel like you're their friend. They're always positive and very warm. One thing I told my wife was that I need to get their Pandora playlist. The music is great and between that, the exercises and adjustments, I always left feeling better than I did going in. And best of all, my sciatica pain is gone. Scott did a great job picking the exercises and helping me get back to playing tennis. I went from it being way too painful to walk, to playing 2 hours of tennis, no issues now. “I am a first-time client at Team Rehab in Lake Orion. I'm recovering from Achilles surgery and did not know what to expect. The intake process was incredibly thorough and focused on my injury and needs and the therapist is skilled, intuitive and kind. I felt as if the treatment plan was designed just for me, not one they copy/pasted. The treatment is detailed, rigorous and creative (one exercise has me using my toes to pick up marbles. Its harder than you think!). I was worried about scheduling 3x/week but they made it an easy process and accommodated my schedule. I enjoy my PT visits and look forward to meeting my goals of wearing two shoes and walking one mile.”
