“I registered via the website on the advice of my masseuse. Unfortunately, my appointment was double booked and the person who was in Gerard's agenda at the same time as me insisted on being treated by him. Since I just wanted to be cracked, I didn't care by who at that point, as long as it happened. Gerard then went to discuss with his son whether he might still have room. Beforehand, Gerard seemed to be the right person with all his experience and certificates, but his son does an excellent job (so I now have no experience with Gerard, but since the father has trained the son, you could say that there is nothing wrong with his treatment ). The misunderstanding has been resolved satisfactorily. If you are at the beginning of your career and you have a natural talent for this work, you are doing something good. After this first appointment, I was given the choice to be scheduled with Gerard the next time. I returned that choice, because I was helped very well. The welcome at the reception is friendly, the atmosphere is a good balance between informal and professional. The decor is sleek, clean and tidy. The location, on the North side, may not be the most obvious. There is parking space, but it is fairly limited if you want to park close by. A little further, on the Paardenmarkt, there is a lot of space. The bonesetters is also easily accessible by car, bicycle and on foot. For people who like to experience a holistic view of their complaints, The Bonesetters is a great counselor!”

Rosa provides exceptional front desk service and Dimitri is the physical therapist of the facility. He is very sweet and you can tell that he really loves what he do. He tells you everything you need to know about your path to recovery and very down to earth. He makes you feel comfortable. The setting overall is relaxing. It provides its own gym and private rooms for each end of session. Everything about this company is perfect and welcoming. I would recommend to all my family and friends.
