“I have had the privilege of working with a variety of the Erie Shores staff over the last few years. I have been there for many different reasons ranging from sports injuries on my shoulder, ankles, and most recently my elbow. For my elbow, I worked with Mel who was welcoming and understanding, always working to improve my strength and never failing to stay up to date with how my softball team was doing! She was really enjoyable to work with and extremely helpful restoring my arm strength so that I could play on my team to full capacity. Back in 2020 I had a severe ankle injury which I worked with Heather on. After trying to strengthen and get function back, it wasn’t quite healing right. Instead of giving up on me, Heather referred me to a specialist in London where I got the proper surgery I needed. While doing rehab with Heather again after surgery, we had another milestone of my nerves being over sensitive. Heather did extra research for me to find out how she could help me. We finally found a medication and exercises that got me back to myself and functioning the best I had in a long time. Heather’s patience, kindness, understanding, and continuous efforts of never giving up even when I had given up on myself made such a positive impact on my life. Thank you for always staying with me and helping me get back to my life because I couldn’t have done it without you’re help. The entire Erie Shores team is definitely the most welcoming, personable, amazing team I have dealt!”
