“Wonderful staff at this facility. The therapists and assistants are professional and friendly. The therapists do a thorough assessment and tailor the exercises to your specific needs. The assistants also work with you to make sure that you are doing the work correctly. They're sensitive to any discomfort and make adjustments accordingly. The receptionists are accommodating and courteous. The facility is clean and spacious. The machines are in good condition. The music is suitable for a variety of tastes. There's plenty of parking including handicap spaces. I want to add that someone gave a review about an assistant being "too touchy feely". Touching is necessary in physical therapy. Sometimes they have to position you so that you do the exercises correctly. I've NEVER witnessed nor even heard of any inappropriate behavior by anyone at this facility, and I watch and listen to everything.”
