“Nate is an incredibly talented physical therapist and the kindest, person, as well. He listens carefully to the issues being described and addresses the problems thoughtfully and thoroughly. I had a knee injury and I wanted to return to hiking and enjoying time with my grandbaby (which included a lot of climbing stairs while carrying her and getting up and down from playing on the ground). After helping to rehab my knee completely, he gave me a maintenance plan that keeps me strong and ready to participate in any of the activities I want to participate in. No pain, complete function and stronger than I was before I started seeing him. He helped me feel confident and safe as I returned to the activities I love. Nate utilized a variety of techniques to achieve a successful outcome, and I felt that I was always in the most capable hands.”

“I am an active athlete who still competes regularly in sport, so over the years I have found myself with a few different injuries. I have been seeing Rob now for several years now for various injuries including: shoulder pain/tendonitis, when I sprained my ankle, and most recently some lower back pain that was radiating into my IT band. Every time I've tried to get my injuries assessed/fixed by other practices that are closer to my house, there is never any long term resolution (only temporary pain relief, if any) and I continue to find myself going back to Rob. It is a family owned practice and you really get that comfortable and warm feeling when you walk in. It is a very 1-on-1 experience, so it's just you and Rob during your sessions. You get his undivided attention for the hour you are there, rather than feeling like you're just given "busy work" while your therapist is seeing multiple patients. He is easy going and flexible with scheduling appointments. The practice is also kept extremely clean, neat and organized. Rob is also great at listening to your concerns and adjusting your treatment based on how you are feeling, and really getting down to the root of the problem. I was told by 2 other specialists that my pain was IT Band Syndrome, but Rob actually determined it was stemming from parts of my lower back, and since we have been focusing on this instead, the pain has disappeared. He gives print outs of the things he would like you to do at home, and I truly feel like I am being productive in and out of the practice with regards to my progress and treatment, which is extremely important to me as someone who doesn't like to sit out of sport due to injury. I HIGHLY recommend Rob and Conquer Physical Therapy, you will not be disappointed!”

“Originally, my experience was less than sufficient. I had been trying to reach out to a team member for months and had gotten no response. The associate I was calling left and I was unaware. I was finally able to get ahold of Dr. Hilsen and she remedy the situation while she was on vacation!!! I’m so happy, my son loves his speech teacher and we do partake in “in-home” services. The enrollment process was easy and can be done online. It took me about 20-30 minutes and they do accept insurance.”

“I injured my back playing tennis at the beginning of summer, after going to the doctor, getting massages, giving it some rest, my back just was not getting any better. In fact, I felt it was getting worse. My mom recommended I go see Karen since she knew her from playing tennis at Chestnut Forks. Best decision I ever made to go see Karen for my back issue, not only am I 100% better but I am also able to go back to playing tennis at full strength. I was diagnosed by Karen having a bulging disc in my lower back, had tremendous pain in my legs and just trying to bend over was a challenge for me. When I first went in to see Karen I could barely do any of the exercises she wanted me to try, at the time I felt I was never going to return to the court. I trusted Karen and the process and each week got better and better. Over the course of six physical therapy visits with Karen I can honestly say it was the best decision I've made to get my back treated. She knows what she is talking about and gave me the best stretches and exercises for my lower back that not only helped me get better but will continue to help me stay fit and will keep my back strong. I highly recommend seeing Karen for physical therapy, she helped me tremendously and now I'm back at it on the courts again! Thanks Karen!”

“I am a walking billboard for physical therapy and how helpful it can be. I’ve seen a therapist for my ankle, knees, leg, shoulder and now my neck. I moved from Florida back here to Jersey for work, and am so glad I found this place when my neck started acting up. The therapists here are great and hilarious; they remind me a lot of the place I went to back in St. Augustine. While my other injuries were mainly from playing sports this came out of nowhere and was not going away on its own after weeks of ignoring it. Sam has me feeling right as rain after my 12 visits and taught me the things I can do on my own so that I can try to stay out of PT. I’m sure I’ll be back for something else since it’s always something but again am glad I have a go to place at least.”

“Dr. Vladimir Tokar is a high quality professional! He massages really well, politely and thoroughly. He also uses special physical devices to help me to get rid of my back muscles ache. After several appointments I already feel my back pain gradually relieves. Dr. Tokar also gives advise how to help yourself at home to decrease pain.
