I suffered a back injury at work and needed physical therapy for workers compensation for several issues: neck pain, shoulder discomfort, L4-L5 bulging disc, L5-S1 herniated disk, sciatica pain from my lower back which ran down my legs and feet. After my initial consultation, they came up with a treatment plan which included: Core strengthening, lower back stretching, Leg stretch, piriformis stretch, Hip stretch, spine stretch, decompression therapy with spinal traction, deep tissue massage to relieve chronic muscle pain in my neck and back.
