“I want to start by saying thank you to all all the staff at Prenier. They have all been very suppprtive and encouraging during this difficult process. My two year old daughter started therapy on or about 4 months ago. At the beginign it was a rough start, but once she was acquainted with everyone she was able to actually start learning. Florence at the front desk is such a beatutiful person. She reflects what a truly caring person is all about. Always attentive to our needs. Dr. Allen has ben a great supportive Therapist. I am above and beyond thankful for her and the support she has giving my girl. She is a true caring individual. She honours her tittle by being proactive, sensitive, understanding and compassionate. She has answered all of my questions and concerns all the time. She even took an hr on the phone with me to discuss my girls advancement without prior notice....I am beyond happy with Premier...they are amazing. My girl has shown so much improvement once we got pass the first few weeks of getting avcustomed to the new routine and being on her own for her sessions. Liz supported us in navigating our health insurance to make sure we got some of the charges covered, not sure we would have been able to do it without her knowledge, persistence and expertise. Our son calls Tuesdays, Ashley days and he counts the days until he can go play with her again. The facility is well thought out and has so many sensory activities. “Mr. Paul Heath, I want to personally thank you for your assistance with my son, my son (DeLonte) came to your facility with very extensive injuries and with the professionalism that you and your staff gave, was just wonderful, when my son started physical therapy with you he was walking with a crutch and could barely stand for long periods of time. You helped my son achieve his goal, he stated that he would be walking with out assistance by March 21, 2015 and he was. He went from a crutch to a Cain to walking alone, you and your staff helped him to start driving again, you gave him hope once again, no he can't play basketball or football anymore, but he can at least walk with out assistance and that is way more then what he could do before coming to you all, you and your staff are God sent, thank you from the depths of our souls.
