“Vista PT has been a game changer for me during my recovery from a torn achilles surgery. I had never had any experience going to physical therapy before, and this specific Vista team blew away all expectations I had. They have been extremely thoughtful and intentional with my recovery program, tailoring it specifically to me and my goals for recovery. I said from the get go that I wanted to get back to 100% and be able to run long distance again and participate in sports, and they have rigorously sought out to make that happen for me. I'd consider myself over a month ahead of schedule for a normal Achilles recovery timeline, and I'm certain that is attributable to the team at this Vista facility. They've continued to push my limits as I've progressed and at times it's felt more like I was in a high-end athletic training program rather than just working on making me comfortable walking again. I can't say enough good things about my experience here and would recommend this Vista facility to anyone that really wants to get back to 100%. The therapy team was great, and the nurses did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and therapeutic. I was discharged and got back to my normal life in just a couple of weeks. I couldn't sleep as the pain would wake me up constantly throughout the night. I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and after my MRI was reviewed by an Orthopedic Surgeon, she said it was quite bad. She said I needed physical therapy to give myself the best chance at avoiding surgery. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Williams - he and his entire staff are fantastic.
