I read the 1 star review and hope you are well. For everyone else don't expect going to any PT for say 3 or 4 hours out of a 168 hour week is going to magically fix you. It's going to take perhaps lifestyle changes (like for my back issues) AND lots of hard work on your part with the "homework" your PT gives u. Until those magic devices from Star Trek/The Expanse become reality.........”
