“I was referred to Spinal Dynamics to work with a physical therapist for the pain caused by cervical bulging discs. I had received PT before with a different service with no relief, so I had low expectations when I began treatment at Spinal Dynamics. I was pleasantly surprised my first visit. My therapist, Meg, took the time to listen to my symptoms, perform an exam, and discuss her thoughts on a treatment plan for me. She even began with dry needling my first appointment, which brought immediate relief to my tight muscles. I have had a few visits with Meg since then, and each time, she works with me from the first minute of my session to the last (and sometimes a few over), from stretches to dry needling to showing me ways to better exercise by body at home. She has made some great recommendations for products which have brought relief between appointments. I have been so much more comfortable since I began treatment with Meg. She is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Spinal Dynamics is a great facility; it is clean, well-kept, and the staff is friendly. The gym has large picture windows that look out onto a beautiful golf course. What a great view while receiving therapy! I would definitely recommend Spinal Dynamics and the services of Meg Gogin for all your spinal PT needs.”

“I came to the FIT INSTITUTE because of a ruptured Achilles tendon. It was the second time I had the injury, first my right then my left. It's been five years since the first one on my right side has ruptured. I had completed physical therapy at one of those big corporate places you see and thought I had done what I needed to, until this August when I tore the left one, and went to a different, but yet again corporate franchise spot. I completed about four weeks and realized I wasn't getting much out of the therapy, and that they really were just there while I was doing an exercise routine I could, and did complete at home. This injury happening again has had a very inconvenient effect on my life and I needed something better, and I found it at the FIT INSTITUTE. A friend had recommended I give them a call, so I did. In the First visit alone, which was this Saturday, Oct. 27, I had a noticeable improvement in flexibility, movement, and pain. I met with Mary Kate Casey and the honest and straight forward explanations of my injury(s) and how to rehabilitate them so that my entire body was back in working order was exactly what I was looking for in getting back to full strength. She spent time actually using tools to massage away the scar tissue that had been causing me some pain. She showed me exercises I had not done before, and most importantly she has goals of further rehabilitation to both sides of my body to insure a complete balance of strength. I also feel that the time she spent breaking down each exercise explaining how and what technique should be used insured that I was safe and getting the most out of each repetition. This is beyond physical therapy, it is truly personal care, and a step towards wellness as a whole, not just fixing my injury. Best Regards and Commendations, Keith Lesniak”

“I happened to see this new facility driving by. After being referred for pt for issues with my neck and shoulder, I walked in to schedule an appointment and discuss treatment options. The facility was clean, convenient and staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Wilson was quick to follow up with phone calls and the physical therapist Vince was patient and knowledgeable. Part of my treatment plan consisted of dry needling, which was extremely helpful and Vince knew exactly which spots to target based on my complaints. That in addition to heat and exercises to complete in the office and at home got me back to a place where my range of motion and muscle strength had been the best it had been in a long time. Vince was good at holding patients accountable and making adjustments that were suited for maximum recovery. I honestly wasn’t a big believer in pt, but I would go back in a heartbeat to midtown Athletico just for a maintenance visit and reassessment with Vince to ensure I am on the right track and learn any new tricks of the trade!
