“I recently completed 6 weeks of therapy after having total knee replacement at what is now called CORA at Traverse Plaza. Right from the beginning the receptionist warmly greeted me, and on each visit Tara greeted me by name! The physical therapist, Dr. Flores, conducted a thorough evaluation and developed a comprehensive treatment plan. She explained to me the plan would be conducted by several physical therapy assistants and what I could expect from them. She was not wrong when she explained that all the techs there were professional and extremely competent! I attended 3 times per week and initially I was not a happy camper. I was very uncomfortable and by no means pain free. However Elle, Amy and Aaron tailored the sessions to meet my physical ability. With each visit I became more confident that I would meet my goal of returning to my usual activities. The folks at CORA created a family environment, one of inclusion and support. All were very attentive, not just to me, but to all of the clients that I observed. They all had eagle eyes; no getting away from poor execution????
