“I went to Lara after being out of work for months with severe neck, shoulder and ear pain. In our first session, I was amazed to have relief and with her she was so hopeful that I could return to things I loved such as yoga and not be in pain! I had been to other Physical Therapists over the years, after my near death car accident in 2011 and had minimal success, lived with pain almost all the time. I am so beyond grateful because she is a profound healer and helped me from a body/spirit approach.”

“Prior to seeing Mat I had been treated by other physical therapists for a frozen shoulder without any significant improvement. This was an old injury for which an orthopedic surgeon recommended a shoulder replacement. So, I was desperate and skeptical when I consulted with Mat. I was in a lot of pain and had very little range of motion. Mat was totally different than the other physical therapists I had seen. He spent the whole 60 minute session working on me and I could feel the difference. After each treatment I could feel the improvement. Mat's knowledge is incredible and I especially like that he cares deeply about his clients. I highly recommend him.”

“I highly recommend this place! I had many long standing issues resolved by them, and it was worth the drive. Their strengths are: 1) They really want you to get well, permanently well, even if that takes a while especially with issues that have become chronic. Whereas some other P.T. offices just want you to be done as quickly as possible, they stick with you. Joints that have not been functioning properly for years, muscles that have lost all strength, that takes many months to rebuild the strength and make sure it holds without sliding back within months after finishing P.T. 2) They do hands-on work. Not everything can be resolved by just a few exercises. There are so many different tools and approaches for treatment, but it needs a P.T. who is knowledgeable and willing to work on your body. 3) One session normally is half an hour with the P.T., and then more time with an aid for doing exercises, applying stimulation or heat, and so on. 4) It it does not work they do not blame the patient, they help you figure out the next step. They also refer you to their colleagues, or to treatment outside. My only regret? I wished I would have found them years earlier.”

“When returning to PT for a new condition, I sought out Novacare and Andrew specifically. Andrew listened to my health goals, translated the doctor's orders, and created a PT plan that will work. This is the 2nd occasion when he'll improve my health with a program I can live with and in reasonable time. Highly recommended.”
