“Amazing experience with Leah!! She will actually help you get on track to wellness and HEAL! Recovering from an ACL repair, Leah created individualized, effective stretches and exercises that were appropriate for my specific lifestyle. Her holistic approach to rehabilitation included hands on massage and use of the Graston technique to reduce scar tissue and muscle knots. I learned about my body, and how the exercises were helping me heal properly. Leah helped retrain my brain to believe that I no longer have a “bad leg”, which has helped me now exercise more effectively, feel stronger than before the injury, and forget that i was even injured 6 months ago. As a registered nurse, I have worked with many other physical therapists, and had less than satisfactory experiences at other PT facilities. I would only go back to Wellness Unlimited, highly recommend!”
