“Janet was soooo good. I had never had a trigger point/myofacial session before. Wasn't sure what to expect. Janet was very thorough in explaining things and answering questions. One of my issues was constantly feeling like I have whiplash. Immediately after the session, I was backing out of a long driveway and turned to look back while backing out... this is a time where I would usually feel that whiplash feeling, stiff in the neck. I didn't feel it anymore! Amazing to see such an immediate difference. She also gave me tips on how to treat myself. I will do that but will definitely be coming back again, when I can afford to.
