His level of expertise and reputation makes him a very trustworthy doctor. My pain management doctor says nothing but positive things about Dr. Klonel and he is very well known in the Central Florida/ Apopka/ Altamonte Springs area. Every time I visit him for adjustments and therapy I leave feeling 10x better. I look forward to every visit because I know the quality and level of care and treatment I will receive will be excellent. Not only is he very skilled and experienced in his field but he has phenomenal bedside manners and his office staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. “About 4 months ago, I found Sherry Berjeron’s website, called about the Alexander Technique that she teaches, and began to do weekly sessions. As Sherry worked with me, it slowly dawned on me that my outer posture was reflecting my inner postures. In other words, the foundational thinking or consciousness from which I was living was keeping my head and shoulders bowed in apology. I was taking every bit of my husband’s serious health challenges to heart, making them my own, and apologizing for trying to fit any personal wants into our couple equation. I only awoke to my needs when they became health issues of my own, and Sherry’s mastery of the Alexander Technique became my ‘life-saver.’ Sherry lives her knowing about right posture and movement. In each session it seemed as though her hands transmitted this knowing directly to the muscles of my body, while my brain took in her words and began to establish the practices she outlined. Just being with her, in her energy field, allowed me to experience and begin to reference the new body organization she was teaching. The health challenges I was facing (shoulder degeneration, swelling and pain) did not go away immediately, but instead I began to see them as information about how well I was using my body. Gradually, paying attention, ‘pausing’ as Sherry says, I shifted toward better habits. In my last several sessions, I saw that I was moving with more integrity than ever before, that even simple movements were beginning to feel more like dancing. And in the process, I’ve also begun to recognize my right (and responsibility) to live from that embodied integrity, as a woman. I’ve been a student of consciousness for 30 years, learning more and more about my inner life, and the nature of reality. But I learned from Sherry that without attention to my body, I could not become the wholeness I’ve been seeking. She continues to guide me into a full appreciation of the embodied aspect of myself; I am truly learning how to connect up all my parts under her expert guidance. I sometimes feel as though I’ve ‘died’ to an old way of being, and am being born again into a new embodiment with Sherry as the midwife. I am so grateful for her in my life, and have no doubt that she will offer any ‘body’ grace and ease through her own gracefully embodied wisdom.”
