“I have been "Blessed" to come across these people! A " Thank you" to the staff seems so small for all they have done for me!! Long story short after countless tests and X-rays for the past 3/4 years, no one could find a answer to my back pain, feeling of being compressed, not being able to sit for a short period of time, the tingling, numbness.......thought I was crazy but knowing I wasn't! I can't say enough about Mark Jagger, he took the time to listen and answer any questions I asked, and explained things to me! That in itself was a "God send "! His knowledge and skills........ and patience with me was a prayer that has been answered. “Z is the real deal! Not only is he highly knowledgeable, but he is extremely compassionate and sincere in his approach. He listens to what you have to say, thoroughly evaluates your range of motion and movement patterns and develops an effective plan of action. As an athlete, I am often in need of routine maintenance. I recognize the importance of keeping my body healthy so that I can continue to do the sport I love. I am thankful that Z acknowledges and understands my needs and wants, and works with me to help optimize my performance and minimize my pain. I initially came to see him for sacrolumbar pain that had flared up after a previous injury. Z has provided me with an evolving set of exercises as well as quality hands on treatment that have helped keep my pain at bay. While treating my back, he also took the time to address a shoulder impingement that I had worked around for about a year. After assessing my shoulder, Z provided a course of action for me to follow that involved stretching overly tight muscles and strengthening others that were underdeveloped. Within a few weeks, I was happily back performing exercises pain free that I had avoided for so long. If you are in need of a physical therapist, Z is an amazing choice!
