“I was very impressed and pleases with the service I received having my leaking my water heater replaced today. It is Saturday and I was not sure I would be able to reach anyone. I called Bayshore Plumbers and Joe the technician arrived with in 40 minutes! He assessed the heater, and I agreed it needed to be replaced. He knew the supplier closed at noon. He was off and picked up exactly the model needed. While he was gone Joe had set up the old tank to drain and when he returned the tank was ready for removal. Before I knew it the old heater was removed, the new heater installed, and the area cleaned! I recommend Bayshore Plumbers as their technicians are courteous, well trained, and respectful.”

“My condo balcony started leaking in my neighbor’s garage. I called and two technicians arrived the next morning, right on time. They found the problem and resolved it. They replaced part of my sheetrock by the drain to ensure it would be untouched when the rest of the balcony is fixed. The next day my neighbor detected a small leak. The tech came out right away and tarped my balcony until I can get it fixed when the rain stops for a couple of days. “I worked directly with Jonathan, the owner, he was super transparent, extremely well priced, and I am super satisfied with the work and with the experience. A few days ago I ran into a situation where my water heater needed to be completely replaced due to a hole near the electrical in the unit. All the other companies that I called would not give me a quote over the phone, even if I was going to send them a picture, and either offered a free evaluation, but a high price point (some over double the cost of the unit) for the unit, and a crazy installation fee. I was quoted between $2200 and $3000 from the 5 companies I spoke with in the Tampa Bay Area including the unit, the installation, a one-year workmanship warranty, or between $750-$1200 just for the installation alone (usually only taking 1.5 - 2 hours). With Jonathan, he was the best priced, without compromising quality. He came out much cheaper because he doesn’t have all of the overhead and marketing costs. He is also extremely humble and down to earth. We had a great conversation while he was working on my install. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family, as well as plan on using him in the future with all my other plumbing needs. Below I have attached pictures of my prior unit, as well as the unit I purchased on my own, installed by Jonathan.”

You can tell that he has high standards, by the way that he takes care of his equipment. He referred us to a local engineer, to draw up the plans for the septic system installation. He maintained constant contact with the engineer, to make any adjustments, as complications arose. His team was able to complete an entire septic system installation with leach field, in less than 5 days. They even ensured that the yard was properly seeded, and covered with hay, to repair the areas of affected lawn. As a testament to Russ' honesty, he adjusted the invoice to reflect parts and labor, that were originally part of the plan, but proved to be unnecessary, as the project unfolded.
