“Me and wife were first time home buyers. We were a bit anxious going into this process based on some of the things we saw on the internet and heard from our friends. We spent quite some time researching on how to select an agent. Then we “interviewed” a select few and Rachel absolutely stood out from the pool with domain knowledge combined with a large dose of humor. Next onto actual house tours, she would send out a small list of potential candidates each week so that we could potentially tour these on weekends. And it did not take Rachel long to narrow down what we were looking for. I am the type of person with lots of questions and curiosities. And Rachel got the patience and knowledge to address all my questions. A couple of times even when she was away, she created a backup plan in case we wanted to tour or bid a house. Now to the house(we eventually won), 1) open house 2) able to arrange a short pre inspection quickly 3) in the bidding process, Rachel was able to obtain information that was crucial in the pricing process. 4) afterwards, did a few house visits 5) lastly closing 6) list of contacts such as lender, contractors, handyman, etc… From start to finish, Rachel was extremely impressive(overachieving) I do not recall a single time where she could not answer a question. A couple of times we still toured houses even though she knew that was not what I wanted. Every single step along the way, she was there and was extremely helpful. Could not have asked for a better agent. She made this experience very pleasant, smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone.”

“What a gorgeous place it is! Last weekend, we had alumni weekend and reunion celebration there. Each and everyone of us had fabulous time together. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and walked around the farm and fed the duckings. The Regal Lama and Alpacas were all adorable and welcoming. The stay was not only entertaining, but also educational. We felt it was a nice apartment and super affordable, plus we knew some other students had been there and really liked it. Honestly, Emerald Run was an amazing apartment complex to be in! My roommate moved out and my husband ended up moving in and the process was made easy with Amanda at the front office. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Overall, the other tenants were either very friendly or just kept to themselves. Amanda, along with Lyle and one of the maintenance guys, Jesse, made living there amazing. We moved out in summer of 2021 due to relocating for a job. I can fully recommend moving into Emerald Run Apartments!”

“Only met them briefly during my closing. They where the listing agent on the house u purchased. People where nice and efficient at closing. I would have given 5 stars ...however..advice.. New home owners love a SOLD sign IMMEDIATELY on the real estate sign in their NEW yard. However that was not the case. I was told by my realtor that the listing agent picks up THEIR sign from your new house and it's rare for a sold sign to be placed. Well....they never came to get THEIR sign, so it sat for a week while people drove in my driveway and took pictures and walked around because they believed my house was still for sale. After a week i removed myself, and may i say its large and heavy and I'm now responsible to dispose it? Anyway..just some advice to others, remove the sign asap!”
