“Michelle and Wes are the best Lot managers in the universe as they are extremely nice and helpful. I live in the Alexander park and it's a beautiful place to be. It's small but perfect for me and my partner, the lake is gorgeous and we're right at the sweet spot between Hartville and Akron. Generous lot rent and trailer payment plans. Plus there very sympathetic to whatever situation you end up in financially. If I had to complain about anything, I would say that the neighbors can occasionally be very noisy, and the residents behind us are...questionable BUT thanks to our new privacy fence it's no issues anymore at least not for me. As for anything else, sometimes when I call the head office occasionally the woman who answers can be kind of "over it" I guess is the best phrase. But it's understandable as she's more than likely dealing with alot in her day to day work life. She answers any of my questions promptly so that's nice. Overall I'm glad I decided to live here. It fits my needs perfectly. It's not for everyone, if your not big on trailers or living close to people then this isn't the place for you. For me it's great”

“How i benefitted from using Rebecca as an agent was so much more than what i anticipated. It didn't even end there, she drove all the way to my old home on the morning of my move out, constantly asked me if there was anything i needed, called me several times that day to check on me, and made sure i had dinner afterward since i hadn't eaten all day. the next day she spent hours during my move in talking to ADT to arrange setup of my security system, she arranged to have my house painted and EV charger installed while i was away w my kids and offered to help with anything i need in my new home, even weeks after the deal has closed. “Absolutely one of THE best auction houses! First class honest folks here. Been buying for a few years and most recent purchase was not as advertised. It wasn’t their fault (wrong truck correct trailer in box). Heck it fooled me until I received it. I reached out to let them know and they immediately responded and asked if I wanted to return it. I declined as it was only $120 item and I could recoup most of my cost by removing from package and selling/parting out the two pieces. A week later a partial refund check shows up because they felt bad it wasn’t as advertised. They didn’t have to do that and I didn’t ask nor was I expecting. That right there is the true definition of customer service, something unfortunately some auction houses are lacking. Thanks Lyre & Laura & Chupp Auctions….you folks are FIRST CLASS!!”
