I was beyond stressed with everything I had to do while getting ready to move to another country, but Trevor had everything under control and helped to keep us relaxed throughout the process while still keeping us informed. I have a tendency to be a high maintenance client and he never once seemed annoyed or irritated at all my questions, clarifications, texts and phone calls. He went way above and beyond his job to help us our when our driveway needed to be hosed down before the next day's showings and we couldn't get there and had already give our hoses away. He came over early in the morning before any showings and brought a hose with him to make sure it was done before anyone got there. That was such a nice thing to do and definitely not in his job description! Trevor also got us top dollar for our house! “We had a fantastic visit. The perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. All the guests and staff were friendly and lots of laughter heard throughout the stay. We loved our tiny home. We brought our dog and she loved chilling on the deck. We had fresh eggs in the morning…the grilled cheese and not so tiny lemonade are not to be missed off food truck. The tie dye and candle making were fun and made nice souvenirs. We will be back!”

“Newport Palms has just recently taken over from Camden Sea Palms. So far, so good. They have already started painting the entire building as well as fixing old railings that were unsafe. The new paint, a bright white, is really cheering up the place!! They even had a little "meet-and-greet" with tacos, sodas and beers. It was really nice. The interaction that I have had with the property managers has been great. Very nice, professional and helpful!”
