We were welcomed with a basket of goodies when we picked up our keys- a really nice surprise during the stress of moving. Upon moving in, the apartment felt beyond sparkling clean, very bright and had some nice upgrades. The complex/property itself is beautiful too… nice place for walking around or spending time at pool (recently updated too). Also loved having a garage again. All in all very happy.”

“My family had a pleasant and comfortable weekend at the cabin. We had all necessary kitchen tools for meals which is always so important for our family when vacationing. We enjoyed the layout of the cabin, especially since we have children who love to run around to different rooms. The location close to Big Bear Mountain Resort was so convenient. We didn’t use the shuttle system that transported people to the ski resort but pick up/drop off is right outside the cabin. Plus, there’s a great donut shop that is next door! The hosts were great and gave us so many good recommendations for walking around and sledding. Highly recommend and we would come back to this cabin!”

“My family and I needed a temporary place to live while our house was being built. With Shelby County being my hometown, I knew there were only a few good options in terms of apartment complexes. We really wanted this one though because there is a pool for the kids to swim at while school was out. We signed a one year lease because we weren’t sure when our house was going to be finished. There was only a one month rent fee for cancelling so I felt like that was very fair. The deposit is also one months rent so it balances out at the end. Anytime maintenance was needed they were there right away, the grounds were kept up regularly, the dog poop bins were emptied weekly (maintenance guys even scooped poop from the people who didn’t use the bins), the pool was clean, the gym was well maintained, and there is even a laundry facility for those who didn’t have washers/dryers. I am a local realtor and will be referring all of my clients here when they need a place between homes or are working on getting qualified to buy a home.”

We had 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a big open kitchen space. It was clean and comfortable!The beach was our backyard and we were close to shops,shopping centers and restaurants.We’re definitely staying here again next time we visit Daytona Beach!
