“This is the best place we have stayed at. The view from the top unit is wonderful. Saw dolphins, egrets, blue heron and more right on or near our dock. Rex was extremely easy and responsive to any requests. The bed was so comfortable we are going to see about changing ours. Good shower pressure. Stove is induction so a bit of a learning curve. We did not use the dishwasher. We would come back in a heartbeat but rates here and on AMI going up at a ridiculous rate. You will not be disappointed. Beach is literally 150 steps. Great beach to walk on. Never grew tired of the view from the balcony. Thanks Rex. Stayed for 10 weeks. Had great neighbours downstairs too.”

“I have lived here for 5 years and still live here. Everyone's experience is different. Michelle the property manager truly cares for this place and the people that live here. She cares for everyone's experience and does a great job, it must be hard to satisfy everyone. At times I've been addressed Michelle is to the point I take in the concern and change what the issue may be and we are good. Michelle is not what some have portrayed her to be she's understanding but does her job. The building is clean and safe the apartments are very nice. This place spoils the residents with underground parking, laundry in the unit, an island in the kitchen, a patio and two bathrooms wow!!!!! I love living here and plan to stay until I can buy a house some day.”

“The office ladies are responsive and nice. No issues with deposit return. Always very kind. My only issues were with the property itself. The property was definitely struggling but most of that is usually the owner not wanting to pay for upkeep. Probably needs to be renovated or possibly leveled and start over. They were great about keeping the grass cut though! There was a washer dryer but it was in pieces so couldn’t use and you wouldn’t want to because the basement it was in was rotting with mold and water. The units are decent, only downside was floors seemed to be slowly caving towards the center. And the window units were pretty expensive in summer months (over $100 in a 1 bedroom). Overall suited my needs at the time, quiet, decent area and no major issues while I lived there. The owner def needs to fix the property before it gets worse though.”

Update: I love my apartment on the 3 floor but my neighbors are extremely noisy and you can hear EVERYTHING! I do enjoy the pool, and community events they host. I also want to say thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies who work on staff, as they are always friendly, professional, accommodating, and quick to respond whenever I have contacted them. This apartment is in the perfect location, close to my work and my child's school, and it is safe and well maintained. The building is kept in great shape, has a nice exercise room, and a coffee/latte machine for all residents to use! The rent cost is a little higher than what I would prefer to pay, but I have found it is really worth it. An added bonus--we residents are offered a nice breakfast of bagels and cream cheese about 3 times a year down in the lobby--something that I never had at my previous apartment. Another plus--having indoor/underground parking--such a blessing when it is raining or snowing! So a definite five star rating. : )”

“Such a cute house. Looks small from the outside but has so much space inside. Everything is decorated with the cutest decor and you constantly find something you didn't see the first, second, or third walk by. Fully stocked with anything needed from towels, shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks, dishes, everything. Such a gorgeous view on the deck of the sunrise and sunset. Very quiet and serene. Would definitely go back, wish I never had to leave!”
