“Everett made the application process seamless and was very helpful. He was quick to respond to all my emails and questions. To the point where I was allowed to move not even two days after my application and approval. Only putting four stars instead of 5 since I just moved in. I don’t expect any issues going forward though. The staff is friendly - maintenance workers even offered equipment to help me move items. I’ve talked to a couple of the neighbors who were very friendly. Noise is minimal at night. All in all, I feel blessed to have found this complex. Oh - and they actually answer their phone (more than I could say with most other complexes).”

The hallways were always cleaned, the property manager David (I think it's a family run business) was always very responsive, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, maintenance requests were resolved within the week ALWAYS.
