“We came home from a week out of town to find that our air conditioning was not working at all (this was late afternoon on a Saturday). Even though it was technically after-hours, someone came over immediately to assess the situation, and got it working. Unfortunately, the next day, the unit stopped functioning again -- and again, someone showed up right away to figure out the problem. He determined that we would need a new air conditioning unit -- and made sure that we had it installed the very next day. The new unit not only works wonderfully, but it is also more energy efficient -- so we are cooler, and we are saving money. We have three small children and a dog, so being without air conditioning in July is a big problem -- and we were very impressed and grateful that the maintenance team took such quick action to solve the problem as quickly as they did.”

Overall after living here for over a year, I enjoy the quiet family oriented atmosphere in this very safe townhome community. Commute for work is about 40 minutes to RTU, Sanford, and Clayton (if you work in the pharmaceutical industry). Cons: The rent is expensive and there are no community amenities.”
