“I love this apartment complex. It hasn't been perfect but it really has been an amazing experience. It's safe, so so quiet which I loved up until recently I've gotten some noisier neighbors around me lately and there are times when I can hear their music or kids, or them talking outside of their apartments which is loud because of the echo. I don't have, want, or like kids so it's a little annoying when they're around but I don't hear or see them often, which is great. Everyone has been nice and I don't have people Park in my space very often so that's great! I love where I live and the view from my apartment is great if you're facing the lake. I love seeing the birds out there. In the summer, Air conditioning issues are a problem to fix if it goes out but otherwise, all of my appliances and hot water and stuff works well.”

“We had a large maple (60+ years old) removed from the front yard last Friday. Though John provided a quote early in 2021, we delayed several times because of weather but finally decided this had to be the time. Knowing the lawn would receive some damage with heavy trucks and machines, nonetheless we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The crew were very considerate of the flowerbeds (there are three large ones) and attempted to cause as little disruption as possible. Without reservation I would recommend John’s company to anyone. In fact, one of our neighbors will be using him. His pricing is extremely reasonable and the skill with which John maneuvered the equipment was “precision plus” considering their size and weight. “First off I want to say the staff was amazing especially rose in the office sarah was great too if anything that’s why I loved the community so much and it was a quiet neighborhood .. if you’re looking for a starter home it’s ok so happens our family outgrew the townhome the issues that we had I feel like it’s above the lady in the office we had pest issues from the time we moved in and so did the previous tenant before us minus that the stay was pretty decent.. they are working on rebuilding a park for the kids which I had complaints about it being unsafe for little children so i’m happy to see that .. they could use a updated system for the ac but all in all ..”

I only wish that every unit came with a washer and dryer instead of it being luck of the draw- I also live in a building where every unit is being renovated and I find that some of the hired workers doing the renovations are not exactly courteous of those of us that still live in the building. But the actual Gazebo maintenance team is amazing! So quick to get things done and so so nice! And soon all of the renovating should be done so the hired construction workers should not be a problem to anyone else moving in hopefully! You’ll love it here, the office and maintenance staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond for their residents!”

“I’ve had many apartments all over Koreatown and this was my favorite. If I could’ve stayed I would’ve but I moved for work. Samantha is amazing, the units are really beautiful. Maintenance always come quickly and helped us take care of whatever was needed. I really appreciate the secure mail & package delivery, you have to sign off for your packages. Yes, the homelsss outside isn’t great, but you’re in LA. It’s everywhere. I think this apartment complex is one of the best in the central LA area. It’s expensive but again, you’re in LA. Lol. You have a pool, gym, central air, garage parking, trash chutes on each floor, laundry in unit, & it’s hard to find all of that in one place. If I ever move back to LA, I hope to come back to these apartments.”
