“I moved in mid April of 2022 so I have lived here for roughly 7 months. This place is extremely beautiful decor wise and it's located in a very convenient spot here in wake forest. I live on the first floor with neighbors above and to the side but have never heard any noise. These apartments are extremely noise proof. Any maintenance issues get resolved in a very timely fashion. The staff here is very nice as well! They also have the option to have a personal garage here as well which is very nice and convenient. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move into a nice,safe,and well accommodated location.”

“I only lived here briefly while in transition moving back to California for work, the staff and residents were all super friendly and nice. It was always a pleasure to see Lauren, Karla and Barbara when going into the office, great customer service and all three always had a smile on there face, which face it these days is needed now more than ever. “A totally tubular place to stay, watch out for the purple sea erchines they are everywhere. This place K38's Surf House is just a killer place to stay. The food is very fresh, smoked Marlin tacos, whole fish (Usually Red Snapper) fried, fresh steamed vegetables, locally grown, all the beers you can drink and a huge bonfires every night and all this costs is cheap. A table of 5-7 people with all the food and drinks came out to like 70 bucks or so, it's perfect. I can't wait (literally) to drive back down there. Thanks for many, many, years of taking great care of us while we were there. See you soon.”
