“The manager Traci Lucia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all questions we asked and even took her time during her lunch to show us around the property and even went as far to offer my 3 kids popsicles from her own freezer to help cool them down when the scorching heat was almost unbearable. I can honestly say that she made us feel completely welcome and enjoyed the conversation we had with her. She was more than accommodating compared to the many other apartments and condos we visited in the area that same week. “I have lived here almost two years and wanted to give some time to leave an honest review! This is by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. If I wasn’t purchasing a home, I would renew my lease for sure! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The maintenance guys are completely underrated! I’ve only had minor issues but they are fixed within the day. They go above and beyond to keep the grounds clean and the property maintained. I did read a review regarding being approached at the pool, but that’s done every time I’ve been out there with my family. The leasing agent usually walks from group to group making small talk and has questioned if people in the pool were with me, but I didn’t take that personally. I like the fact that they try to minimize the traffic in the pool and limit guests. It prevents over crowding and you’re able to better enjoy the amenities you pay for. She’s never approached in a rude or aggressive manner. I like that she interacts with us as her neighbors! I would easily refer anyone considering a move to this property to go for it!”
