“It has been a great 9 years at Crystal Lake Apartments, Building #7. Every staff member has always been very cordial, friendly and professional with me and my boys. The maintenance crew always responded quickly if I had any minor issues and my apartment never had bugs due to them keeping a constant schedule of pest control. The rent is very reasonable, it's gated and there are stores like Walmart, Publix and BJs close by. I always felt safe coming home at any hour of the night because they have camaras and a security guard that walks around checking all areas. Cynthia, thank you for being a great manager and keeping Crystal Lake Apartments a safe and beautiful place to live.”

“I just moved into the Tonka Bay Carrick Apartments and love the new environment and the people I met here on my first day. Shad is great to work with and he took care of me during the transition. He made my move easier and I was thankful he is the Manager here. The gym and the coffee bar is a hit, bonus on the heated garage and bike rack. If you want more wooded sites, these aren't for you. We only stayed for two nights but overall enjoyed our stay.”
