The team went above and beyond to ensure our home was built on time and on budget. No matter what concern, question or request to remedy we brought to their attention, Preferred Living was respectful of our preferences. For instance, there was an issue with the design of our driveway so Loni and team worked for several weeks to reposition our home on our lot to ensure we were happy with the configuration. This was no small effort--it meant flipping the house to a different layout and clearing out an entire section of the road in front of our home. This is just one of many instances where Preferred Living went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Similar to the experience of a previous reviewer, some of our fixtures weren’t up to our standards (or were broken) upon inspection and after we moved in, but a simple request to have these items fixed/replaced was all it took to rectify the issues we encountered.”

“Camping here for memorial day weekend. Rained buckets first few nights. Most sites do not have solid service for your camper, so it was a mess! Water stations are not close by either. You have to drive to middle of camp park. However, there are a few sites that have full hookups. Handicap sites have concrete pads. Park is beautiful! Small lake for canoes and kayaking. Beautiful disc golf course and hiking!”
