“The most spacious of apartments we looked at. We have our own garage, fireplace and I have huge furniture which all fits very well. All of the management and leasing staff are very friendly and laid back. We are renewing again and plan on being here a while! The maintenance staff are all very cool also. “Erika was very helpful in getting my Father's home prepared for sale, listed, and then sold for an amount above our asking price. She provided recommended contractors for cleaning, handyman services, and help with removing large items from the home. She also uses a great photographer. Erika was very attentive to little things and volunteered to help with minor issues that would have been very inconvenient for me (since I live out-of-town). “We have stayed at this condo several times and it's always so inviting and refreshing. The beach, golf, restaurants and shopping are within minutes of the unit. It is quiet and the furnishings are bright and beachy. The kitchen is well appointed - if you decide to cook! The enclosed back porch is a great place to relax, read a book, or watch the golfers try their luck on the 2nd hole of the East course of Sawgrass Country Club. The owner has thought of everything - bikes and beach chairs are even available. Julianna (the owner) is wonderful to deal with and is prompt in relying to my emails.”

“I am not sure why there a bad reviews on google. From the tour to moving in, the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. Erin in the business office was awesome to deal with. She went over all my lease paperwork step by step. They're always there to answer my questions. If I report a maintenance issue, they are here the next business day and potentially the same day if it isn't too late in the day. My apartment got all new flooring before I moved in. I feel safe in the parking lot. It is quiet and clean place to live.”

“The Oak Leaf Retreat is the most amazing retreat ever! We spent the day at the retreat for our family reunion and it was perfect. All of the children and adults enjoyed zip lining, swimming, splashing in the lazy river, tubing, and the pavilion was perfect to sit, eat, and talk as we enjoyed the retreat. We utilized the house to take breaks from the Texas heat, but at this retreat they provided so much and thought of ever detail, even life vest for children. Our entire family was please and the children didn't want to leave. We will definitely return here in the future for our next family reunion and highly recommend this location for others.”
