“The sound separation from apartment to apartment is surprisingly amazing. We're the top floor and, after talking to our neighbor below, they rarely ever hear us. And we can never hear our neighbors unless they're in the hall near our door. The only major drawback is not nearly enough parking and frustrating, highly competitive street parking. The on-site maintenance guy is great and on top of everything. No direct property manager--they're in Oakland. Easy walking distance to the BART and enough nearby to meet daily needs easily, plus fun and experiences are only a BART or car ride away.”

“Right by the pool, easy walk to the beach, & really was perfect for our family. So nice to have a pack n play handy, beach toys, & no sand tracked into our cars!! Love how quiet & beautiful the neighborhood was & while the beach had plenty of people it wasn't congested like other areas closer to the touristy side of town. WiFi was fantastic, as was having TV & DVD players anywhere we needed then. Foosball was fun. Really peaceful stay! Everything we needed & wanted. :) Thank you! We'll be back for sure!”

“This review was long overdue. Jo Ann is the best realtor I've worked with! Why? Genuine, honest, accessible, flexible, knowledgeable ... Back in 2013, I was helping a family member sell a townhouse in Burke, VA. This wasn't a high sale, high commission deal, but it was the financial situation our family was in and we still wanted to find the best realtor for the job. I interviewed a dozen realtors, many were nice, had good suggestions for home improvements, but Jo Ann was a step above the rest. She was genuine and honest, treated me the same as I'm sure she would have someone selling a McMansion. She was knowledgeable about the location; schools, parks, VRE, new developments in the community ... beyond the pedestrian, "yes schools in Fairfax are amongst the best in the country, or the parks in Burke are beautiful". These answers aren't wrong, but shows a superficial knowledge of the specific area / location that my property is located at. Jo Ann was also flexible in connecting with me on some late evenings due to my hectic work schedule. Please don't abuse this flexibility, but if you're kind / appreciative, I'm sure Jo Ann will accommodate within reason. Finally, the advice she gave for evaluating offers was also spot on, yes there was some luck involved too, but the advice managed risk / reward that worked for me.
