“I needed to sell my home in Burleson after moving back and deciding to stay in Ohio. I currently had renters and I was concerned on when to sell because I wasn’t going to make them move before their new house was built. He was able to do a ‘short sale’ (I think that is what it is called) and the family was able to stay as needed also because of buyer. Mr. Owen met with me when I took my final road trip back to The Lone Star State to retrieve the rest of my belongings in the attic and shed. He explained to me that this type of sale may not get exactly the price I wanted but there was no haggling and it would not adversely affect the wonderful family that was renting my property. Mr. Owen was able to sell my home in less than a week. Initial forms were signed online, then a third party was hired to come to my house in Ohio, to sign official documents. “We loved our stay here. A few things though. There were cracks in the walls of the bathroom. I could see the nails in the ceiling. There is an odd quarter round next to the bath tub with exposed screws. Not having regular TV is a big deal. If you don't have an Amazon account, you can watch exactly zero TV. Jason and his daughter were very helpful. Overall we loved our stay there. I found the place after watching the Magnolia DIY show. We will be back.”
