We came visit on a Saturday afternoon and we found a whole concert with classic music, violon, cello the musician were live in the backyard to entertained the senior citizen, all of them had a big smile on their face. The place is clean, smell good and the rooms are big. There is a lot of activities to stimulated the senior citizens concert, games my grandma is in good hand. I call everyday to have a report on her stay i feel like we are a team.”

“I had my parents stay at Village on 5th. The rooms and bathroom was big enough for a person who uses wheel chair. The staff was very kind and helpful every time I went it for a question. The community has a nice club house but unfortunately we did not use it much. Overall great place to live.”

Close enough to town to have viable alternatives for entertaining little ones if the weather turns (there's a zoo, for example), last minute items, or even a couple of pizzas if the fish are shy. Modern conveniences & thoughtful touches such as Wi-Fi & satellite TV, plus a stock of books & good old "offline" board games are placed throughout. The architecture is what you would expect from a residence built in the early 1900s. 12 ft ceilings, oversized windows make it a light & roomy, yet a solid and secure home. “Writing this review to say the staff at the apartments is wonderful. They addressed any concerns or questions that I have had while moving in and living here! They were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly right from the first time I walked into the rental office. They were excellent at listening and explaining what I needed to know in order to move-in and get my paperwork handled properly. Now that I have moved-in and have been part of the community, I have to say that it is always a friendly experience to stop by the office whenever I need help or have a maintenance request. Oh, and all my maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours without any fuss. My neighbors are all courteous and quiet. All of my appliances are clean and work. The apartment was immaculate for my move-in. Special shout out to Austin who has made me feel very comfortable when asking questions or stopping by to inquire about policy.”

They are on par if not a little better than all the other fast foods in the area but they are so much cheaper. The service is just average but I'm not going through checkers drive through for a wine & dine experience. I want a burger or chicken sandwich, some fries, and perhaps a milkshake and a good price.
