Just an email with whatever concerns and she is very prompt and thorough in attending to them. We were out for almost 3 months and every little detail that I had concerns about were looked into. On and off there are issues that arise but nothing that the Maintenance Crew nor the Office Staff does not handle.”

“We have lived here for over 2 years and we enjoy it. Neighborhood is quiet and location is great, very close to Walmart, target, the gym, etc. Terry and Alice at the office have always been kind and accommodating. The guys in maintenance are great and always come quick. My only complaint would be parking. You only get 1 assigned parking spot so if you have more than 1 car you’re kinda SOL. Parking is hard after about 5pm especially near our building. Other than that I would recommend living here.”

“I do recommend this complex. Seems quiet and clean. While I was waiting on the front office for the lady to show me a two bedroom, I was observing how professional every one is. The unit that I saw was an upgrade unit love the brown cabinets. Cannot complain about the price either. Will walking to the unit I could observe maintenances cleaning around the dumpsters even though it was in the afternoon. The office staff made me fell welcome.”

“Just moved here a week ago. Neighbors are cool. Kids love it . And I’m very comfortable it’s very peaceful. The move in process was so easy and fast ! After having a really bad year I’m happy to say this year in my new home will be much better . The ladies in the front office are so nice and I really appreciate them for being so quick and generous in a time of need . My appliances are brand new and my apartment is very clean and nice !
