“We had a death in the family recently, my Aunt. Her children, my cousins are all dispersed throughout the world and I was the closest relative to her, even though I am still 2 states away. Anyways, I was in no position to fly over there and help organize her affairs or deal with her rental properties under her estate. Somehow some of the renters got ahold of my number and thought for some reason I was the new landlord, and that they could thus call me at any hour of the night and day to whine about light bulbs and toilets not flushing etc…. My cousins weren’t much help and we all agreed to just sel since they were a such a headache!! Anyways I can go on and on about the drama, thank God for this company, PinPoint because they completely took care of everything!! They made sure the escrow split the checks evenly with my cousins and they totally inherited the moronic tenants!!! They did everything they said they would do. I was honestly surprised. Great group of guys. Apparently even the tenants were appreciative of their professionalism. I had no idea there were companies like this out there, thank you guys!”
