“I just moved in, and so far it’s great! My washer wasn’t working, nor was my garage opener, but they fixed it right away! I moved in on a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday for the fixes, but they weren’t very important. The manager is very nice and the few people I’ve seen in the hallways have all greeted me. It’s a very quiet building so far, which I love. I feel very safe here. They were very slow to respond to emails pre-lease signing, so it did take about a month to finally get in and get paperwork signed. But the current manager is new and learning, and the area manager is short staffed so I won’t hold it against them. So far so good.”
