“My elderly mother lived at The Boulevard, formerly The Vineyard, for 3-1/2 years. The apartment was well maintained, and improvements were made to the building on a regular basis. The on-site maintenance crew were very responsive to needs. However, management changed three times in that time period. And don't expect any response from corporate if you contact them. You will get sent to a "regional manager" for help, which means you get transferred to voice mail, leave a message, and never receive a call back. And even though they advertise office hours till 5PM, the office after-hours voice recording goes on at 4:30.”
