“Firstly it’s very affordable which is a big plus for the amount of space being rented. However there are tiny problems. Not enough parking spaces, (not allowed to reverse park for some reason), insufficient AC unit (just moved in and going to see if I can get this remedied) everything else seems like it’s ok for the most part. Dirty carpet and chipped bathroom sink and chipped bathtub. Chipped entrance way. I hope I get my security deposit back. Will update if I do.”

Correspondence with Foxwood while on deployment was so helpful, as soon as I returned, I moved in same day. It was a fully furnished apartment with utilities included in the rent with a month-to-month option. It's not lavish, but it is clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. You probably won't find a room to rent in San Diego for the price or accommodations. If I had to do it over again, I absolutely would.”
