“My wife and I hosted our wedding here in July of 2023 and it was an absolutely wonderful day. The venue: Our ceremony was outside beside the barn, and it provided a really lovely setting. It was a hot day, but the trees provided enough shade that our guests were a comfortable temperature. The barn has a phenomenal bridal suite that the bride and her party were able to use to get ready, and we stored our personal belongings in there during the reception. The grounds are very well kept, and provided a great setting for bride + groom photos. The barn is brand new, and was a great space for dancing. We held dinner in the tent attached to the barn, and it was a great space that provided the quaint outdoors setting we were looking for. The patio area behind the barn has a firepit and space for yard games, both of which were a hit with the guests. Robin hills also offers a conservatory for a ceremony area in case of rain--this was really pretty, but fortunately we did not need to use it. The staff: All of the staff were so kind during the planning phase, as well as on our wedding day. We worked closely with Adriana, Adam, and Rachel and had a great experience with them. A number of our guests even commented about how kind they were. Overall, we loved Robin Hills and were thrilled with the day.”

“I’ve been coming to this Saroki’s here in Wixom now for 3 years since I’ve moved out this way and discovered this place and let me tell you these guys and gals to a great job not only with the food but with being very friendly. Two sisters in particular are always nice when I come in as well as Joe. (Shaved head). I gave 5 stars because of the product they produce as well as the friendliness that comes with it. Keep up the great job and I’m thankful that this place is here as there are I think 6 other pizza/sub shops within a 3 mile radius and these people know how to do it right. They have also done a fantastic job with the remodel from where it was three short years ago. It’s easy to point out the bad in places and people are quick to do so but Joe and the rest of the staff truly do an amazing job. Also, the salsas were good! I loved the one labeled “hot” and that there’s a little self service area for the salsa so you can grab what you want and they are all labeled. But the absolute best part?! They have vegan options, something I have personally never seen at a Mexican restaurant. The worst part? My parents said their carne asada tacos were mid. They got carne asada and lengua (tongue). I want to try other things on the menu so I’d be back. My dad said the lengua was much better then the carne asada too. Big parking area as well.”

“On 12/16/23, we went back with our daughter's family for a holiday, all gluten-free dinner for someone with an allergy. The decorations were all up, and the restaurant looked fabulous. Our waitress Electra took good care of us all night, and we ordered drinks and shared the gluten-free crabcake and calamari in addition to wedge salads. All were delicious. For dinner, we got four different gluten-free entrees: NY strip, Filet Mignon, Duroc Pirk Chop, and the Rack of Lamb. Everyone enjoyed their dinner, and there were no allergic reactions. Excellent! Dessert was a rich chocolate flour lesson cake and Cappucinos. Overall the service and atmosphere were excellent and we will definitely dine there again. On 11/2/23 We dined at SFR for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. Nice old farm house with add-on offered many interesting places to sit. We opted for low seating in the bar area where we could see the piano player. Nice wine selection by the glass. Soon after being seated, hot rolls and butter were served. For an appetizer, we tried the Steak Bites, which we cooked perfectly, and came with a tasty horseradish sauce. For dinner, we both ordered seafood, my wife the scallops, and I got the Mariscada, clams, callimari, and shrimp on pasta with a lighter pesto sauce. Next time, I would ask for some garlic to be added to the Mariscada. My wife said the scallops were perfect. For dessert, we opted for the pumpkin cheesecake and Cappucinos. All we delicious. Overall, we were very pleased and will plan to visit again soon.”

“These tacos never fail, the salsas are spicy, the tacos are full of flavor they're delicious. My top one is Al Pastor it is so well done and spicy. My other favorites are cabeza y asada. What I like about the asada tacos from here is that saben asar la carne they don't use that nasty pellejuda meat that looks boiled that most taco trucks use for their asada. My kids favorite is the combo plate, they really enjoy the beans they have a little bit of spice to them and taste home made and they add a good amount of meat and tortillas along. Please never change.”

“It seemed that their shelves were a bit bare in places...there were very little meats and cheeses to choose from and their prices are crazy high...but the things we did find were of good quality. I was disappointed that they don't make fresh mozzarella but the brand they sell is decent, better than anything in a supermarket...but not one bit of provolone was on the shelf...the steaks were beautiful but at almost $40 a pound for a strip steak, not beautiful enough! The fish counter was practically bare, a few pieces of salmon that looked nice enough but on the whole, pretty empty. They only had 2 loaves of Italian bread left...i realize that bread doesn't last too long, though, so im assuming they sell out early. All in all a nice store that could use a bit of restocking.”

“Never really gave Marco's a shot before today. My taste when it comes to pizza chains usually leans towards Domino's, Papa Murphy, or Papa Johns. However, the Domino's near my home doesn't show up on their app so I decided to give Marco's a try. Marco's app is a little ugly at first but it gets the job done. The rewards program could.be a bit better considering their competition. Spend $100 and you get $10 off. I'm sure they could be a little more generous with rewards. That being said, my first mobile order was 25% off so thanks for that. The pizza is pretty delicious. Almost as if Papa Johns and Pizza Hut had a baby that left the family to do its own thing. Changed his name from Papa Hut to Marco's and never looked back. The cheese can be a little much but that's probably just me. All other ingredients were fresh and delicious. I dig the semi sweet pizza sauce. Marco's lays it on a little thicker than most joints. The dough is good enough. I've never been a crust person tho. There, I said it. Mellow Mushroom has the best dough imo. RIP Murfreesboro location. Marco's sure does make a pretty looking pizza. I'll definitely give them that. Overall, Marco's is great. Not a perfect 5 but real close. I'll be back to try some more pizza combinations.”
