You know, those places that have excellent food, but are not in an expensive setting with fancy service...basically if you want Benihana quality food without the extra $$$ and show, you can find it here. This is Saint Michael's best kept secret. We have went 2x in the past week. My leftovers are getting eaten by the kids, and they are asking to go there every night;)) I do not eat Sushi...but from the people who ordered Sushi at the other tables, it looked impressive! Their tempura batter is top notch. I think it is family owned. I saw who I presume is the owner doing everything from serving tables to going back into the kitchen. The prices are great for the quality and amount of food that you get. I love the Shrimp Habatchi dinner. It is $18, lasts me 3 meals at least. Easily shareable. Quality shrimp too, not the bland kind. 🙏 Please check this place out;) We need good quality restaurants in our area.”

To that end, tables with other servers loudly complained about their slow service, so it might be worth asking for her if they’ll let you. We split a boneless chicken wing appetizer. The breading was hard, just over cooked. The sweet chili sauce was yum (recommended by Christa). We also split a Philly cheesesteak and baked potato. The Philly was honestly quite good. The baked potato was fine (needed salt). The unsweetened tea was surprisingly good. Not bitter and tasted like tea. The prices for our items were good. I wanted to order a seafood dish but everything seafood related is listed as market price so that seemed like too much trouble.”

This is a place I would return to. the food was good and the wait staff was great. price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. I felt the salad was not comparable to the rest of the dinner where the salad was mostly just a regular leafy green. The portions were small as well. The menu was also very limited. Even more so than the one shown online. There was one meat, one fish, one burger, and a couple of pasta options.”
