“Luanas has my heart. Truly a hidden gem in Phoenix!! I’ve been getting coffee from Luanas ever since they were located on Bell Road with their little coffee stand. Then I moved and coincidentally they moved into a spot right around the corner from me and then they had to move again to the location they are at now. Over the years, they have been true to their word, honest to customers, slang the best food and drinks and never disappoint. And the chips and salsa are the best in the Dane County area! Tonight we tried the shredded beef fiesta enchiladas, ground beef & chicken sopes, and the app called Big Botana. The enchiladas tasted like a party in your mouth. So yummy. The sopes are always fresh and delicious. And the Big Botana app was full of flavor. Highly recommend!!!”

“I have been hearing about GBF Catering since I moved to paradise Bay, but I didn’t try it until last Friday. They had “Thanksgiving in July “ & so my Mom and I finally decided to give it a try….& we are so glad we did!! The Turkey was moist, the stuffing was fantastic! Green beans, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce! Plus a roll with butter and gravy! And for dessert there was a pumpkin pie dessert to die for! I am so pleased with this place and it was easy to get to; directions to the place is on the website. The cook/owner came to the car and personally greeted us (impressive) and they even had a bottle of wine for those who wanted some wine with dinner, for a little extra. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants a full course dinner and to treat themselves!!!! It’s the BEST!!!”

“Great portions and quality food. The wings are an ideal size (not small at all) and the fries are decent. They even let you apply the fries seasoning yourself when you do takeout. My kids devoured the chicken fried rice and the chicken hibachi was nicely seasoned. I'm including pictures of their menu as of August 2023. You'll save a lot of money ordering takeout over the phone instead of paying the markup for GrubHub or Doordash pickup. There weren't any patrons while I went to pickup but I'll consider going in person as they have plenty of space in the restaurant.”

“So, Kimber's was a family style restaurant up until 2 years ago. They changed ownership and became a high end steakhouse. I have seen their billboard on I-40 and decided to stop Friday night. I was worried I would have to wait forever. That was not the case. The restaurant was clean and appealing. I decided to sit at the bar since I was alone. Emily was the bartender and was very attentive and told me all about the place. I ordered a nice glass of red wine and a 10oz filet and sides. One of which was a salad. I had seen one on their reviews. It was amazing! Emily advised em they cut their steaks in house. The filet was out of this world good. Better than any steakhouse in the area. Emily advised that during the summer it has been hard to keep the restaurant full. People go try this restaurant! It is pricy but it is worth every penny! As a foodie I love local restaurants that do specialty items. And Kimber's did not disappoint! Oh and try the homemade desserts. I had a key lime cheesecake that I could not stop eating!”

“Have you seen those huge pizza slices and ever wondered how good they are? Well we got to eat some delicious perfectly done pizza. The crust was not thick and not too thin, but thin enough to enjoy the actual toppings, sauce and cheese on top. We enjoyed the white ricotta slice, bacon chicken ranch slice, and margherita slice. “We have been hearing about this place and wanted to try something new so as pizza lovers we found ourselves venturing out and supporting a new local small business. They have been open since Feb 2023. I got the sausage and peppers calzone and mh husband the one with the mushrooms. The one with the mushrooms was very very salty but mine was very very good. Meatballs were the highlight of our meal. We both did combos that included a calzone, side and soda for about $13. Only downside is the pla e smelled overwhelming of cleaning products. I wish I could have smelled more of the cooking to really enhance the experience.”

We also did order the oysters raw for one dozen. I just wished it was a little more plumper, but it was still fresh. Enjoy the sauce with some spaghetti afterwards if you’re still hungry. The Traffic is fast for in town. But, a side parking area with easy OUT is there. This Place was opened in 1901 & Has history everywhere. Very Clean, inside and out.. There's Rustic Hard wood floors, open wood beams, Plenty of table/booth or bar seating inside and Nice Bistro seating outside, A 🍻VERY Nice🍷Bar Area, there was really good music to eat by. We ordered the fish n chips basket @ 13.99 it had 3 thick cut pieces of Orange Roughy fish made with a thin crispy beer batter breading with Frys (Fry's were frozen kind). We both got a side salads 2.99, very small 1.00 extra for blue cheese dressing. I had fresh ☕ coffee 2.75, He had The Craft Brown Beer $7.00. Waitress was very nice & did a great job.
