“Finally tried food here. Western motif but not overdone. Wait wasn't too long. Food came out hot (including the appetizer). Actually came out so close the time it was finished, it was too hot to eat immediately after reaching the table. We decided on the iron skillets for the dinner. Arrived to the table, sizzling and nicely prepared. Not heavily seasoned. Nice grilled flavor. It looked a little small but it's deceptive. The food is piled up on skillet. Was quite filling and actually more meat than vegetables. Service was great. Made sure to keep checking in on us to assure we had everything we needed.”

I had some trouble with a gift card I had on Google Pay that wasn't working and, I didn't have my wallet on me and they compd me the Frappuccino which I thought was so nice of them on this hot summer day. it's just really nice when people go above and beyond their job and help a customer out, they didn't have too and it made my day; so thank you so much! “My family and I are currently on a cross country road trip and we found ourselves passing through Dallas about lunch time and promised the kiddos pizza. I scoured google to find a place that would check all the boxes. A delicious local gem with ample parking for our truck and camper trailer and the thing all road weary parents need… Beer. Pizza Getti doesn’t serve alcohol but is BYOB, per the website. Color me intrigued. I call in to place a order and Kyle answers and is very friendly and helpful. He even checked to see if I was calling the right location as the caller ID showed my out of state area code. Upon arrival, we are greeted with smiles by staff and regulars alike. This is a local haunt for sure and packed with regular customers. Kyle happens to be cutting our pizzas as we walk in and somehow knew the order was for us. He’s unfazed when we ask if we can eat our takeout pizza in the dining room and Nicole, the super sweet server, seats us quickly. She and Kyle offered us plates but we insisted on eating our pizza out of the boxes like the heathens we are. Nicole checked on us several times and was an absolute doll. Kyle, who turned out to be the owner, checked on us as well as Jamie, one of the cooks. The pizzas were delicious and the service and hospitality was unmatched, but I wouldn’t expect anything less of an establishment that’s been around for 50 plus years. We left with full tummies and hearts, feeling like part of the family.”

“Wow wow wow, this is some of the best food in the capital region, and the servers are thankfully knowledgeable about what options are vegan and gluten-free (of which so many items are). It’s a cute little intimate space, which we loved besides our closer proximity to an annoying child watching a loud handheld screen, and everyone who worked there was super sweet. The food itself was incredible. The crispy tofu tasted like a pastry, the vegetable fresh rolls were exceptional, and the vegan Burmese soup was so good. I got the tofu curry, which came with a gravy that really burst with flavor. I was honestly already full from how generous the appetizers had been. My partner got the tofu poke bowl, which was beautiful and delicious.”

“I’ve been to this exact me n Ed’s for a long time now. Never disappointed. By now, people have made their decision whether they like it or not, a lot of people have mixed opinions about their crust. I love it personally, but understand why some don’t like it. However, today they came out with their pizza bowls at 10.95, with tax it is 11.83. I got the classic combo and it was delicious. About a dollar more compared to other pizza places, but to me, me n Ed’s has fresh ingredients and great pepperoni. Also, compared to other places it is relatively the same thing, but I have to give points to presentation here. It comes with a lid! It makes it feel like something special and you can tell it’s fresh out of the oven because the lid is foggy! I know I’m excited about a lid, but this is the thing that makes it stand out among the other pizza bowl places. As for customer service, nice people. The bowl is niche, good marketing for a keto diet or people with gluten allergies. I cannot tell you that this is a pizza replacement. Simply a compliment to it.”

“I love this gas station and it's employees! I go here about 4 times a week and everyone is always so pleasant. EXCEPT the new employee they recently hired, Christina. She always rolls her eyes when I walk up to the register and she is not very friendly at all. She makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience. Like she has better things to do than to check me out at the register. I would have given 5 stars, but the new employee is ruining my experience here. I used to enjoy stopping in and saying hi to the workers that were always so nice and so so generous. But now I don't feel very comfortable going here bc of the eye rolls I keep getting from Christina. Maybe she doesn't realize she's doing it ... but it's been every time I've stopped in the past 2 weeks that I've gotten an eye rolls and a demeanor that makes me feel bad for being there. 😕 to all the other workers, thank you for always being so nice!! And to the male worker that went from the register to the cooking area. He was the best!!! He made me feel so welcome and he always remembered my usual items so I didn't have to ask for them. He always put a smile on my face every time I saw him!!”

“This is the second-best Chinese restaurant in the area (the best, by far, is Formosa.) It has a nice, relaxing interior that has been little updated in over 25 years (which I like, though others may not.) I have ordered several dishes over the years, and while nothing I have had is amazing, nearly everything is very good. Among other things, I have tried cashew chicken, snow pea chicken, lemon chicken, orange chicken, vegetable lo mein, and mu-shu vegetables. The mu-shu was just OK, the lemon or orange chicken (cannot remember which) had a terrible, mystery meat-type chicken, but the rest of the dishes were very good. I think as long as you steer clear of the breaded chicken dishes, you are fine. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is that the prices have gone up quite a lot lately, and it seems like more than most other restaurants. It is by no means a rip-off, but the portions are not huge, so it is a little frustrating. I am able to go only for dinner, but like most places, they have lunch specials that provide more value. Overall, this is a very good restaurant. I credit them for staying open for dine-in all throughout the pandemic too.”
