I had a few contractors come out and give me quotes. Being a female home owner and having people try and take advantage of you it is always wise to get a few quotes. I’m in need of some other non roof work and am planning to call Rob again for an estimate and wanted to see his reviews since this platform wasn’t really around when I first used him. Probably about 10 years ago I had a roof leak around a skylight. Called a company and they never showed up. Called Robert from an ad I saw on the back of those free newspapers they leave on your porch. Rob came and did the job but next rain still had some water. Called him back and he gave it a second shot. Next rain still had some remaining leak. Called him back and he gave it a third shot. This time they got it. What I’m getting at is you always hear horror stories about contractors so you’re always left wondering about the service you’ll get. When after the initial attempt to fix the leak I continued to have problems I figured I’d never get this guy back but he kept coming back until the leak was gone and without additional cost beyond the initial estimate and without any attitude. Based on that I had told my wife when the time comes for a new roof I’d definitely add him in my list of estimates.”

“The customer service is top-notch. I had my roof redone before I purchased my home. The company I went with was Straight Edge Roofing, and I was so happy I did. Fast forward 1 year, and I had a leak. Straight Edge sent a few roofers to check it out. They figured out the problem and showed me 2 random holes drilled into my roof. It turned out that a solar company I contracted with to do my solar drilled 2 random holes and only filled 1 in.. Straight Edge Roofing took the time out of their day to take care of the issue free of charge due to the rainy season. It is safe to say the company is a class act, and they have a watertight guarantee. It would have been a drawn-out process with the solar company if they hadn't, and I am very grateful.”

Update Just noticed after a heavy rain APC had reinstalled gutter at front doorway wrong and had a steady waterfall during storm waiting 3 weeks now for them to repair/ Update 06/14/23 Company finally sent out the Gutter repair guys removed the section that they had installed incorrectly and replace with new gutter parts (About 15 feet by front door ) The gutter installer told me " They are not gutter guys they are roofers ,They had two screws in the gutter should have had at least six”
