My husband and I found Istueta after hearing horror stories about roof works done wrong, roofing companies that went out of business after a couple of years, etc. After spending five months doing research about different roofing companies and getting estimates, we found Istueta recommended by a friend. From the moment we checked their website, we visited their showroom and talked to the front-desk personnel, to the first meeting with the roofing sales representative, we knew that they were company we wanted for our new metal roof. Our project manager Tony Duen was always professional, reliable, detail-oriented and communicative, explaining us the entire process and advising us what the needs of the project were and our different options. Towards the end, we had Daniel Santana and Roger Pena, and they did a great job with the wood part of the roof, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and always made sure we were satisfied with the work. “P-1, Paul Lewis and his team were excellent to work with when I needed the roof replaced and other damage repaired due to a recent hail storm. I had never had to deal with such an overwhelming issue. Paul took his time in explaining the “ins and outs” of how to recover and deal with all the “hoops” (insurance/mortgage company), needed to get the house, whole again. Paul was always available by phone or willing to stop by if I had any more questions or concerns. His roofing crew was very efficient and dedicated to doing the job correctly and completely. They kept me informed and even worked with me so my dogs could get into the yard when needed! His crew arrived at the time specified (worked hard all day and into early evening to get the job done), even though, it was 102-107 degrees. They did an excellent job cleaning up the area, as well.
