  QUALITY WORK THE BEGINNING TO THE END. JUAN ALWAYS ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND RETURNED MY CALLS. PATTY AND GENESIS DILIGENTLY SENT ME ALL THE PAPER WORK BY E-MAIL. THE ONLY THING NEGATIVE IS THE WORK IS VERY PRICED. SOMETHING VERY POSITIVE IS THAT THE OWNER IS BUSINES ORIENTED AND KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. PROVIDES A MANUAL WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THE HOUSE OWNERS NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROCESS. OVERALL , NO DUDE ABOUT IT EXCELLENT JOB.

  Very knowledgeable, professional and timely. Fabian was fantastic. Extremely professional.
  
  Very happy with finished roof. The workman did a great job and were very accommodating.
  My only concern was the lack of communication as to when work would occur and specifics shared with workman by project manager.

  Istueta Roofing was a great choice! We recommend them without reservation. My husband and I found Istueta after hearing horror stories about roof works done wrong, roofing companies that went out of business after a couple of years, etc. After spending five months doing research about different roofing companies and getting estimates, we found Istueta recommended by a friend. From the moment we checked their website, we visited their showroom and talked to the front-desk personnel, to the first meeting with the roofing sales representative, we knew that they were company we wanted for our new metal roof. They are professional, efficient and competent! They know what they are doing. The different crews did their job professionally. Our project manager Tony Duen was always professional, reliable, detail-oriented and communicative, explaining us the entire process and advising us what the needs of the project were and our different options. Frank Sierra was very professional and communicative as well. Towards the end, we had Daniel Santana and Roger Pena, and they did a great job with the wood part of the roof, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and always made sure we were satisfied with the work. The day of the closing, at the office, Frank, the owner, came to thank us for doing business with them. Very thoughtful! In the end, we are very happy with our new red metal roof, and we have received many compliments from our friends and neighbors. No doubt we found a great company and we are glad we trusted them! We have a new roof that we will enjoy for many years to come and will provide us with peace of mind! Do not go for the cheapest, go with the best! Thank you Istueta Roofing!

  We had a great experience with Istueta Roofing. Omar Santana, who inspected our roof and gave us quotes for the repair we just did and for a future roof replacement, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was always available to answer any of our questions. His service was excellent.
  
  Daniel Santana and Jorge Peña did our roof repair. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with their work.
